Casa Olivo

First time in Lanzarote First time in a Villa We could not fault Casa Olivo, everything needed was in the Villa, which was very modern, clean and well presented. The Swimming Pool was brilliant, Bed linen, towels and Pool cleaned halfway through a 10 day stay Location was nice and peaceful, perfect for a nice stroll down to the Marina,Old Town, Aldi and all the bars and restaurants We took the option for airport transfers recommended by Terry, such a great guy, informative and waited whilst we done a small shop for essentials Would highly recommend and have enquired for next year already

Casa Olivo

Casa Olivo is the best villa we’ve stayed at in Playa Blanca. It has all the comforts of home and is excellently managed by Terry. The villa interior is fresh , modern and very clean with no sign of any wear & tear. This is probably due to this villa being adults only. We think it’s perfect for mature Couples like us. The villa is complimented by a beautiful outdoor garden and the whole villa including the private driveway is secure behind a high walled perimeter. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.​
Casa Amaretto

Preciosa, limpia y espaciosa villa construida en una gran parcela. La piscina y el espacio exterior eran fabulosos. Mucho espacio para entretener a los niños. Minigolf, mesa de billar y tenis de mesa. ¡Una bendición! Terry estaba a solo una llamada si lo necesitábamos. Ojalá hubiéramos reservado para dos semanas. Altamente recomendada! xx

Casa Tranquila

We loved Casa Tranquila spacious, well-furnished, and quiet. The outside area was fantastic with various seating spots. We used the heated pool most days and the barbeque in the evenings. The covered parking was a plus. It’s about a 20-minute walk to town with plenty of restaurants and beaches and 5 mins to the new ALDI supermarket! Will stay longer next time!

Casa Malvasia

Just back from our stay at Malvasia. The villa is immaculate, well-equipped, and feels like a high-end home. The pool and outside area are spacious and private. It's a short drive or 15-minute walk to town. Already booked for next year! - Gill & Simon.

Villa Esmee

Spent 10 nights at Esmee in April. Villa is a home from home. Lots of ‘extras’ - pool table, dart board, books, playing cards. Great WiFi, big tv, music centre and more. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of utensils, cool bag and ice blocks for beach and beach towels. Living space is great with two nice comfy settees. Beds were so nice and extra quilts provided if needed. Didn’t use aircon so cannot comment on how long €1 lasted. Outdoors seating/dining was amazing along with a heated pool and very warm hot tub. Cannot recommend this villa enough. Managed by Terry who is there at the end of a phone if needed- not that we did. Definitely would return

Casa Tranquila

Second time in Playa Blanca. The villa was welcoming and homely, with great outdoor space and a warm pool. Bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We walked to town with our children – easy and car not essential.

Casa Amaretto

Our first stay at Casa Amaretto, and it didn’t disappoint. The outside area with heated pool was used daily. A very comfortable and spacious, quiet villa in a peaceful location within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. Aldi is a 5-minute walk. Terry was on hand as always to make sure everything goes smoothly during our stay.

Casa Romantica

Casa Romantica was a wonderful discovery. Comfortable and well-equipped, with fantastic outdoor space. The heated pool is warmer than most, so we used it often along with the sunken spa hot tub which is easy to get in and out of. A real help for my wife who has mobility issues. A brilliant holiday, plus Aldi is now a 5-minute walk away - highly recommended!

Casa Rosemont

Casa Rosemont is a lovely villa with everything you could need. The outdoor space was so good we didn’t bother with the beach! Rosemont rear pool area is surrounded by a high wall so perfect 100% privacy. It’s about a mile walk to town, but taxis are cheap. Having a new Aldi supermarket a mere 5 minute walk away was another plus point. We often walked to work off all the food and wine! See you again soon and would recommend :0)

Casa Tranquila

A truly amazing two-week stay in this beautiful villa. Casa Tranquila is the best we’ve experienced! Quality refurb throughout and super modern new kitchen. We relaxed in the pool - ideal for cooler evenings. And loved the outside BBQ. All in all, great value. Thanks to Terry and his team for all their help. We’re already planning our next visit!

We had an amazing two weeks at Casa Olivo and would recommend to anyone seeking a quality holiday villa managed by Terry who cares. Having a large pool and private outside space, perfect for cooler evenings. The villa is spacious inside and out, and the location is excellent, about a 20-minute walk to the main restaurant area.

Villa Esmee

Casa Esmee truly is a home from home. Clean, comfortable, and peaceful. It’s about a 20-minute walk into town, with different routes depending on where you’re headed. We recommend Tipico Espanol for meals and Popeyes Bar for breakfast. The hot tub was a treat after long walks. We’re already looking forward to returning in November.

Casa Amaretto

The Villa was exceptional. The two floors weren’t used in our stay, but we can see how for multiple families it would be an outstanding feature having the 2 separate areas. Pool heating is not too much but takes the chill off during the winter months. Terry answered our issue and within 24 hours was sorted. Putting green and pool table were a cracking way to enjoy something a bit different. Already booked to come again!

After staying in many Playa Blanca villas over 5 years, Casa Romantica is one of the best! It’s beautifully equipped, spacious, and ideally located in Costa Papagayo. We loved the hot tub, large pool, and outdoor seating areas. Even the bathrooms are well-lit and stylish – something often lacking in holiday homes.

Wir sind gerade von einem weiteren tollen Aufenthalt in der Casa Esmee zurückgekehrt. Die Villa ist innen und außen geräumig und verfügt über einen beheizten Pool, einen Whirlpool und verschiedene Bereiche zum Essen und Entspannen. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse mit guter Anbindung an die Stadt. Terry hält alles gut instand. Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht! Bis bald!​

Casa Olivo

Casa Olivo exceeded our expectations! The villa was more spacious than anticipated and felt just like home. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. It's a short walk to the beach, town, and marina - though taxis are very affordable. We’ll be back again next year. This is the nicest villa we’ve ever stayed in!

Casa Royal

We stayed at Casa Royal for 8 nights, the villa was immaculate, spotlessly clean and exactly as described, the pool was brilliant and heated to a lovely temperature. The pool. Hot tub and aircon (air con in every room) and fast wifi all included in the price, there was beautiful views of the mountains where ever you sat outside, the area is secure and private with high walls and there is plenty of shaded areas to sit if needed.The main town, beach , marina, shops and numerous restaurants are all within a 15 minute walk. We had mobility scooters delivered and Terry organised an extra extension lead for the extra scooter we needed. Amply secure parking and 2 power points outside in a covered area by the barbecue seating close to a lockable exit gate made this ideal for us. There is safe inside with key to secure your money and passports if needed. Terry was only a phone call away and went over and above with help support if needed. He arranged for our airport transfers which were brilliant and Andy stopped of at the supermarket on route to the villa so we could get shopping in for the week at no extra charge (brilliant service) there are numerous restaurants to suit everyone's taste and budgets. Overall we have a fantastic holiday in a superb villa, we are definitely coming back on a regular basis...Thanks Terry and Andy as you made our stay fantastic and we had a brilliant holiday..we'll see you next year probably for longer...Steve and Claire

Casa Rosemont

The villa is clean spacious and well appointed. It is within walking distance of the main resort although a car is handy for any shopping that you require. The booking process is very easy and Terry is the perfect host. He is knowledgeable about both the resort and the island and is on call if you have any problems. I can’t praise Terry and the villa highly enough.

Casa Rosemont

We have stayed at the Rosemount six times in the last nine years. The villa is well appointed and maintained and comfortable both inside and outside. The outside area is well designed with two eating area including a barbecue a large pool and a hot tub. The area is totally private. Terry is an absolute pleasure to deal with. From first contact by e mail regarding booking to visits to maintain the pool he is always available if needed. He has become a good friend over the years. We have also stayed at the Olivo which is another great villa. I cannot recommend the villas & Terry highly enough.

Casa Malvasia

Just back from our second visit to Casa Malvasia - a faultless villa for our stay in Playa Blanca. The accommodation is very well apportioned, including a well equipped kitchen, spotlessly clean & comfortable. The heated pool & garden area is clean and spacious with the bonus of a barbecue for guest use. The villa is perfectly located in quiet surroundings but only a twenty minute walk to the seaside promenade of Playa Blanca. Highly recommended, we plan to return.

Have just come home from 10 days staying at Casa Maria. The villas was lovely and had everything we needed. The pool was a lovely warm temperature and the hot tub an added bonus. The villa is located in a quiet area and just a 15 minute walk to the beach. Loved every second of our stay and already working out when we can return. Thanks Terry for all your help as well.

We had our first villa holiday at Casa Romantica and it was just fabulous. The whole process from booking right through to leaving was simple and painless - Terry was great at answering our questions and helping us out when needed, including arranging our transfers. The villa itself was equipped with everything needed and was clean throughout, the only down side was that we only went for a week - would have loved to have stayed longer. We will definitely be looking to book again as soon as we can.

Stayed at Casa Maria with my husband, sister and brother in law. We all had a wonderful holiday. Casa Maria was well equipped and a lovely villa. Manager Terry and the team were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The transfers Terry arranged were seamless and took all the worry away from getting to and from the airport. Casa Royal

We have stayed in one of these villas every Feb/Mar for the past 6 years or so to celebrate my birthday. Casa Royal suited our needs this year as we needed 3 bedrooms. The villas are always superbly clean, the pool warm, and the hot tub a lovely luxury to have. The outside areas are very spacious, with plenty of seating and sun beds. Pool towels included. Terry (manager) is so helpful, friendly, approachable with nothing being to much trouble. On a previous visit, Terry even arranged for me to have a mobility scooter delivered to the property for me to use during my stay, following knee surgery. As I said, nothing is too much trouble. The villas are conveniently located to the beach, marina and the town. 15 mins walk etc or a cheap taxi ride approx. 3-4€ They are also very private with great views of the mountains. We absolutely love staying here and have booked again for next year. You will not be disappointed. I recommend the properties to all of my family and friends. Get booking.

Booking and follow up communication excellent and a nice touch for the owner to email during our break to check we were happy. The villa has outstanding outside areas, well though out, good quality furniture and great view of the mountains. The pool is clean and at perfect temperature and obviously the hot tub is a delightful added luxury. The interior is spacious, clean and well equipped. The alarm system is simple to use. We didn't need the coin operated air-con so can't comment but can say there there are a/c units in both bedrooms and the lounge. Kitchen and bathrooms all high quality and even the beds were really comfortable! So I think it's clear we really enjoyed our 17 night stay stay at Villa Esmee. Same dates 2024 unavailable so we have booked Casa Royal a couple of doors down the street.

We stayed in casa Maria for a month, it was lovely the heated pool was at the same temperature all the time, the villa has everything home from home and there is plenty of room, There is Freeview tv that works perfectly, it's about a 20 minute walk into Playa Blanca, the person Terry who looks after it is very helpful in everything we needed and the cleaners were very good. We would highly recommend this villa

What can I say..... What an amazing Villa this was. Highly recommended!! Best we've had yet. Very private, very modern and superb layout. Outdoor area utilised very well and the pool was spot on . A flat relaxing walk of around 25 minutes down to the sea front. Taxis were very easy to book. This is our second stay now at the La Nueva Villa Collection and we will certainly be returning in the near future. Thanks again Terry 🙂

We had a very enjoyable just over a week stay over half term in Playa Blanca. The villa was exactly as described on the website and communication was very easy and pleasing. We had no issues whatsoever for the duration of our stay. Pool was fabulous and lots of outside space as well as hot tub being a firm favourite.
